Zenair's FWF Packages are designed to provide builders with a comprehensive selection of quality components with which to complete the engine installation of their aircraft. Many off-the-shelf items (fasteners, brackets, hoses, controls, etc.) are supplied as part of these complete packages. Please note that we do not sell the smaller "non-Zenair" items separately. It is best to call a specialty-shop like Aircraft Spruce for these smaller individual items (such as fasteners, brackets, hoses, controls, sensors, etc.). For customers who already have a major component normally provided in a FWF package (i.e. the engine mount), we can remove this item from the package when you order - see below for our policy regarding "deletions" from packages.

You can now order a complete Firewall Forward Package (FWF) from Zenair for UL-Power aircraft engines. These packages are available for the various configurations of the UL-260 and UL350iS engines.

The Rotax 912UL/ULS engine series can be installed in the STOL CH 750 & Cruzer as well as in the Zodiac CH 601/650 series. We have Firewall Forward Packages (FWF) for all these aircraft models using classic "bed-mount" engine mounts.

Zenair now also offers a brand new FWF package for all these aircraft models for the new fuel-injected Rotax 912iS as well as the turbo-charged Rotax 914. These new packages use the Rotax "ring-mount" system.

Zenair currently offers complete FWF packages for the classic 180 HP Lycoming aircraft engine (0-360-A4M). This same FWF package can also be used to install the Aero-Sport Power IO-375. The FWF packages are designed for the STOL CH 801 and Zodiac CH 640 kit aircraft.

Titan Engines FWF for STOL CH 801 or Zodiac CH 640
The Zenair Titan FWF package is very similar to the Lycoming 0-360 FWF package. It is customized for the Titan IOX-370 Engine. Slight variations includes a larger cowling, larger baffles, different air intake, etc. Does not include the high-pressure fuel pump and filter (order with engine).

Propellers:
For many years, Zenair provided common brand-name fixed-pitch propellers in its Firewall Forward Packages. Now that affordable wood and/or composite propellers are readily available from so many quality manufacturers and suppliers, most of our FWF Packages no longer include a propeller. Most builders seeking to get the most performance from their aircraft (in either cruise or climb mode) will be better-served by an adjustable-pitch propeller. Don't attempt your engine installation without access to these resources! To get the passwords, simply follow the instructions here.

Please note that the above FWF packages have been conceived, produced, sold, and crated to optimize efficiency as well as the value of each package. Individual component deletions result in reduced efficiency and increased costs; credits allowed for deleted components will therefore be adjusted to reflect this.
