Zenair "Build-Centers" across Canada*
When you don't want to build (or just
want to fly sooner!)...

                     *For Builder-Assistance in the USA, scroll to bottom of page.

Zenair Ltd. works closely with a select number of independent Build Centers who assemble and custom-finish our standard aircraft kits and aluminum floats with and for customers. These Centers offer a range of quality services, from aircraft assembly and custom-finishing to maintenance, repairs, and in some cases, even demo flights, check-rides and more...  Click on the links below for more information on each independently owned and operated Build-Center; contact the nearest for quotes and/or availability of aircraft and services.

The fine print: Warning: Each "Build-Center" listed below is independently owned and operated. Each Build-Center is wholly responsible for the quality of the workmanship it delivers, for the timeliness of the work it does, for staying within each project's budget and for maintaining quality customer relations. Builders should exercise due diligence when selecting a Build Center to work with (i.e. ask for references); Zenair Ltd. is not responsible in any way for any aspect of an independent agreement between a builder (Zenair customer) and any of the Build-Centers listed below.

 To finish a kit project;      For professionally assembled floats;    Or for a ready-to-fly new aircraft!

Just 4 easy steps to fly your own "turn-key" Zenair design!

                                             1) Pick your model;

                                             2) Order your kit from Zenair;

                                             3) Lock-in a custom program with a "Build-Center";

                                             4) Fly your custom-finished aircraft home - and beyond!

More details:

1) Pick
It's important to choose the aircraft model that will best meet your needs: STOL designs are ideal for short strips, grass fields and rugged off-airport operations; The sleek Zodiac series is perfect for cross-country flying and sightseeing in style & comfort. All Zenair models can be equipped with a variety of engines and instrument panel designs - Don't hesitate to call us to discuss your choices; you can also see what others have done in our many on-line galleries and in the Owner's Forums...

2) Order
Once you have selected your model (aircraft - and maybe even engine), call Zenair to discuss your next step. You will be given an estimated shipping date for your kit and Firewall Forward Package (FWF); you'll need this when discussing the timeline of your project with your Build-Center.

The Build-Centers are not "Zenair Dealers"; they focus on providing aircraft assembly and finishing services to owners of Zenair airframes & FWF kits. Some centers can find you an engine and instruments, but most will only assemble and install what you provide.  You'll have a beautiful custom-built aircraft in the end, but during the building process, you'll be ordering the different components. If this is still too much, we can discuss additional options when you call...

After purchasing your kit directly from the factory, Zenair will have it delivered to the center of your choice (although some centers will even pick-up the kit for you - as an added service).

3) "Build"
Your "Build-Center" will assemble the airframe and install desired options; engine installation will follow, as well as instrument panel. Lastly, cabin finishing (upholstery and accessories) will be made and installed as desired. Don't forget to discuss your exterior paint options! This approach provides each owner a unique opportunity to create his/her ideal personal plane: Enjoy the process - it is an important part of the experience!

4) Fly!

Soon, the custom-building phase of your new aircraft will be over; you'll be seeing the rest of the world from above - in your very own professionally-built custom aircraft!
What a blast!

NOTE: If you want to finish your aircraft (engine, instruments, etc.) at home from an "Advanced Kit", a Build-Center can also custom-assemble a standard kit to your preferred level of completion. Call the centers for details.
