New Rotax Engine Installation Packages (REIP) are now available for the new fuel-injected Rotax 912iS as well as for the 115 HP Turbo-Charged Rotax 914. These top-quality packages include many items installed "behind" the firewall (hence the designation "REIP" instead of "FWF"). They have special warranty-approved modifications to the cooling and oil systems which allow them to fit & perform well in the CH750.
Compared to the classic FWF package described below, this REIP package has a different cooling system and a different fuel system (including a comprehensive fuel-return design with custom-made header tank). Also: Propeller, exhaust and throttle systems are sold separately. Installation instructions are complemented with professionally produced videos available through the Rotax-Owners website. Stainless Steel Exhaust Kit - Made by Zenair (P/N: 912S-MUFF)
Designed to fit the newer bed-mounted Rotax 912UL/S engines in the Zenair CH 650/750 series. This kit is included in Zenair's standard R912S FWF Package but can also be purchased separately (for repairs, replacement, etc.). Refer to Photo-Guide #R912S-Section 3. Zenair can supply the engine mount only to builders who are installing a Rotax engine on their Zenair design. "Engine mounts" do not include rubber mounts, brackets or hardware of any kind. Just the one-piece welded mount. Engine mounts designed for use with the Rotax ring-mount on the STOL CH 701 are manufactured by Zenith Aircraft Co. (ZAC).
