THE ORDERING PROCESS:
To order any kit from Zenair (complete airframe kit, partial component kit, FWF package, floats, etc.), please follow exactly the same process as described on this page.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS:
We typically ship smaller orders via regular mail or by courier (delivered in the US by UPS) and we will use a service that provides tracking details so that we can track shipping progress and confirm delivery. For larger order, we use commercial carriers (truck lines) for door-to-door deliveries or delivery to a local trucking warehouse (your choice).

FIRST-TIME ORDERS:
If you have not ordered from Zenair before or have not completed Form 5106 for the US Customs and Border Protection Services (required by the US Department of Homeland Security), you will need to complete and send Zenair this two-page form before we can ship your order. It's a nuisance but won't take long if you use the pages provided below and just fill-in the sections highlighted in yellow (+ Section 3 if you are a business).

SUBSEQUENT ORDERS:
Once you have completed and submitted the above form, you should not need to do it again (unless the information has changed). Your information will be on file with CBP and this should allow them to let your orders through customs without further hindrances...
